Single family rebuild

This project required the complete demolition of the existing fire damaged home.  Once the home was demolished the existing footprint was enlarged to add additional room to the main living area as well as a master suite above the garage.  The home grew from an approximate 2400 square feet to almost 4000.  The new layout allowed for the first floor to have a completely open concept which allows for a better flow and more usefull layout for this young family.
