Indoor Pool & Dining Room

Phase 1 of this homes renovations involved a 20′ x 40′ addition which houses a 10′ x 35′ indoor swimming pool on the basement level and a combination dining room and sitting room on the main level off of the kitchen. The pool had to be installed and the addition built around it. Closed cell foam insulation was a must on this job as well as a dedicated HVAC system and dehumidification system to handle the unique nature of an indoor pool room.
